How to make a complaint 

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us via email at info@dkfestates.org or through our website contact form, providing full details of your concern 

Acknowledgment 

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3-5 working days

Resolution Time

We aim to investigate and respond to all complaints within 14 working days. In more complex cases, this may take longer. 

Final outcome

We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible and within a maximum of 8 weeks. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
